The terms governing your participation in the Stockovaa Partner Programme: eligibility, commission, tracking, what you may and may not do when promoting us, and how either side can end the arrangement.

- Last updated
This Partner Programme Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Stockovaa Technologies ("Stockovaa", "Company", "we", "us" or "our") and you ("Partner", "you" or "your") for participation in the Stockovaa Partner Programme ("Programme").
By registering for and participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This Agreement governs your participation in the Programme and your relationship with Stockovaa. It sits alongside the Partnership Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
Partners earn 25% commission on subscription fees for the lifetime of referred customers.
To participate in the Programme, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements
- Maintain accurate and current registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be a competitor, or an employee of a direct competitor
- Not have been previously terminated from the Programme for cause
There is no residency requirement. Partners may join from any country, subject to the above and to anything the law where you live requires of you.
Stockovaa reserves the right to reject any application, or terminate any partnership, at its sole discretion.
3.1 Commission rate
Partners earn 25% commission on the net subscription fees paid by referred customers, for the duration of their active subscription. The rate applies uniformly across all paid subscription plans.
Plan prices change from time to time and any change applies automatically to all partners and plans. Your percentage does not change with them.
3.2 Commission calculation
Commissions are calculated on net subscription fees received by Stockovaa, after deduction of taxes, refunds, chargebacks and processing fees. Commissions are not payable on:
- Setup fees or one-time charges
- Refunded subscription fees
- Disputed or charged-back transactions
- Free trial periods
3.3 Payment terms
- Payment schedule. Withdrawals are processed automatically within 24 hours of being requested.
- Minimum payout. No minimum threshold is required to request a withdrawal.
- Processing time. Withdrawals are initiated immediately and are typically completed within 24 hours. Delays may occur depending on the recipient's bank, issuing bank policies, or regional processing times.
Payout methods. Partners may be paid by bank transfer in Nigeria, by mobile money in Ghana and Kenya, or by PayPal, Wise, Payoneer or international bank transfer elsewhere. You select the method in your partner profile and may change it at any time. Payment is made in your profile currency, converted at the rate applying when the payout is made.
Each method carries its own minimum, fee and typical arrival time, published against that method in your partner dashboard and on the how it works page. You see the amount, the rate and any fee before confirming a payout. An international transfer may additionally attract correspondent bank charges outside our control.
3.4 Tax responsibility
Partners are solely responsible for all tax obligations related to commission payments, wherever they are resident. Stockovaa will provide the tax documentation required of it by law.
4.1 Referral links
Partners must use only the unique referral links provided through the partner dashboard. Customers must click through your referral link and complete their subscription within 60 days for proper attribution.
4.2 Cookie duration
Referral tracking cookies remain active for 60 days from the initial click. If a customer signs up within this period, the referral is attributed to you.
The Partnership Agreement currently states a 30 day attribution window. These clauses state 60 days. The two are being reconciled and the shorter period applies until they are. Ask partner support if a specific referral is affected.

- First-click attribution. The first partner referral link clicked receives the credit.

- Existing Stockovaa customers cannot be attributed to partners retroactively

Stockovaa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with thirty (30) days written notice to partners. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Material changes affecting commission rates or payment terms are communicated with sixty (60) days advance notice.
13.1 Independent contractor relationship
Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents or representatives of Stockovaa. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture or franchise relationship.
13.2 Entire agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements.
13.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
